PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

RENT COLLECTION    Rent will be collected from the tenant and      made available for the landlord each month. MAINTAINENCE AND REPAIRS    All complaints will be handled by inspection    and the Proper Contractor notified to    complete any and all repairs needed. RENTING AND LEASING UNITS    Apartments will be immediately rented as     they become available for rent. FINANCE    Accounts will be kept on each unit by     computerized program and made available    for resource information.
