Is conducted by a NYS Certified Paralegal, experienced and trained to work as a legal assistant to provide services such as, but not limited to:
litigation support, legal research, all pleading types, discovery documents, memo's briefs, and other petitions and documents.   


-Legal Document Process
Bankruptcy petition filing is prepared by BPP, Bankruptcy Petition Preparers, and our divorce proceedings are prepared on site by the service provider.  we offer chapter 7 Bankruptcy and uncontested divorces.  We also offer other petition filing such as:  name change, DBA and corporation filing.  Each petition filed will be serviced by filing with the court or mailed to the proper governmental official.  You can request any of these documents by clicking on the Request Document Icon on the home page.

-Real-Estate
Purchasing a new home, or seeking an apartment, you can get help in our Real-Estate Division.  Sales are handled by a NYS Licensed Agent throughout the Prospect ME, Realty inc.  We sale homes, rent apartments, specialize in Governmental Programs; such as section 8 and advantage.  We lease commercial space and business Property.  Office is located at:  Prospect ME, Realty, inc.  564 Bay Street, Staten Island, NY  10304.  Across from Citi bank, next door to the Paramount Hall.

-Mortgage Loans
Get preapproved for the loan you need by filling out the mortgage loan form and submitting it in.  To speak with the loan consultant or meet with the loan officer call or come into the office of Divine Restoration Mortgages, LLC.  located in the Prospect Me, Realty inc. Building.

-Notary Public
Notaries are conducted on site, for mobil Notary please contact us with the address and location., you can obtain notary services at:  564 Bay Street, Staten Island, New York, ground floor in the Prospect ME Building.

-Tax Preparations
